COUNTRY MUSIC SINGER, DARON NORWOOD, CALLED UPON TO SHARE HIS PERSPECTIVE ON TERRORISM

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

January 31, 2008

COUNTRY MUSIC SINGER, DARON NORWOOD, CALLED UPON TO SHARE HIS PERSPECTIVE ON TERRORISM
At America's Original Symposium -- "Exposing the Threat of Islamist Terrorism"

NASHVILLE, Tennessee—Country music recording artist and humanitarian, Daron Norwood, has received the exclusive invitation to perform and appear as a guest speaker by America's Truth Forum* at the upcoming "Exposing the Threat of Islamist Terrorism"--America's Original Symposium Series on the Threat of Islamist Terrorism this weekend, Saturday , February 2, 2008, at Ranch of the Lonesome Dove in Southlake, TX.

Norwood, who's celebrated a number of country radio hits including "If It Wasn't For Her, I Wouldn't Have You" (Billboard Magazine's most requested and played song of the year--1994), "Cowboys Don't Cry," and "Bad Dog, No Biscuit," (Giant Records) will be among an accredited list of decorated governmental officials and authorities who will speak out on the threat of terrorism in the U.S. and abroad.

The initiative behind this cooperatively produced forum is to generate awareness surrounding the grave threat posed to the US by radical Islamists (Jihadis) on not only foreign soil but in all of America. Norwood will open the agenda on Saturday morning.

Simultaneous with his work in the country music industry, Norwood founded the Keep It Straight USA program, a drug and alcohol abuse intervention program designed to cater to students of all ages all across America. Daron's endeavor as the spearhead and voice of the program earned him recognition and the special invitation to bring the program to Russia. He's visited with the president (Clinton and Bush) on numerous occasions and most recently returned from a trip to Africa.

Daron, along with four other individuals, traveled to Africa to film a documentary from a layman's perspective. The special story, "With Open Eyes," is a feature-length film that offers a provocative, honest look at the crisis in Sudan. The story follows the five Americans through their extraordinary journey throughout Sudan as they meet Sudanese people who have been most affected by two decades of ethnic cleansing and genocide. The documentary is scheduled for release in late spring 2008. (SERMedia)

Norwood introduced. "Throughout our journey from southern Sudan and north to the outskirts of Darfur, we witnessed the devastation of war, listened to the Sudanese' tragic stories and experienced their pain,""The trip was truly a life experience for me…an education…and I'm proud to share my story at this most important forum."

"America's Truth Forum is committed to educating the American people on controversial topics of national security, in particular, the radical Islamist threat," said Jeff Epstein, Founder/President of America's Truth Forum and organizer of the symposium. "Our primary objective is to disseminate critical information, that is not readily available via conventional channels, to concerned citiz ens, and Daron's recollection of the trip to Africa and honest conveyance speaks loudly--in a language all Americans will understand. We are proud to add him to the roster of speakers,"
Epstein added.

Norwood joins an prominent panel of speakers in the program: Lee Boyland, Nuclear Engineering and former Explosive Ordinance Disposal Officer in the U.S. Army assigned to the Defense Atomic Support Agency and its Nuclear Emergency Team/Frank Gaffney, Founder and President Center for Security Policy/ Caroline Glick, Deputy Managing Editor, Jerusalem Post & Senior Fellow at the Center for Security Policy/David Harris, President of Democracy House & Former Chief of Strategic Planning of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service/Joe Kaufman, Chairman of Americans Against Hate, Founder of CAIR Watch, Investigative Journalist for FrontPage Magazine/Dr. Harvey Kushner, Chairman of Criminal Justice Dept. of Lon g Island University, Best-selling Author, Advisor to the FBI and FAA/Laura Mansfield, Middle Eastern Linguistic Expert and Investigative Reporter Specializing in Jihad Activity/Atty. David Schippers, Former Chief Investigative Counsel for the US House Judiciary Committee, Author, Counter-terrorism Expert/Robert Spencer, Director of Jihad Watch, Best-selling Author and Expert on Radical Islam/ Dr. Wafa Sultan, Syrian-American Psychologist and Internationally Known Critic of Militant Islam/Dr. Bruce Tefft, Founding Member of CIA's Counterterrorism Task Force and Dr. Paul Williams, Former FBI consultant, Best-selling Author and Investigative Journalist.

"I'm not an expert nor an authority on the topic of terrorism. But, this trip really opened my eyes. We, as Americans, live in the land of the free and the land of the opportunity. The Sudanese people are not free and do not have the opportunity to be free to 'live.' They are dying for unjust reasons and, in all reality, they are dying 'before' us," Norwood said. "Knowing what I know now, I have learned that America needs to pay attention to this situation to keep 'our' country safe and to help those who cannot help themselves. I want to share what I have learned with others."

Topics at this weekend's symposium include:
• The nuclear threat posed by radical Islamists
• The infiltration of middle eastern influence into Washington DC institutions
• Assessing the Iranian threat to global security
• Threat of terrorist infiltration
• The fragile nature of our constitutional freedoms in the face of Jihad
• Radical Islam's infiltration of America
• Domestic terrorism and associated threats
• The necessity of educating the American public about Islam

As part of his honest discussion, Daron will perform for the first time "With Open Eyes," his personal account and call for aid in a moving musical composition. (Co-written with Paul Scott and produced by Robert Wright.)

COLLIN RAYE IS RANKED AT #14 IN THE TOP ARTISTS LISTING ON MYSPACE.COM

Nashville, TN (January 30, 2008) ----- Strong fan support continues to build for Collin Raye, who remains one of Country music's best male vocalists. After receiving a million hits on his MySpace.com page, Raye has now been ranked on the website's Top Artists section in the Indie column. Raye is listed at #14 and shares this honor with such top-selling artists as Ryan Adams, Clint Black, and Little Big Town.

Raye's music from his latest CD Selected Hits continues to remain popular with his web fans but at the same time, Raye's song, "Get Up In Jesus Name" from the Time Life project, Songs 4 Worship: Country, received over 44,000 plays in one week!

Raye remains busy on the road and recently returned from a successful trip to Florida. While in Orlando, he performed at the Hard Rock Café to a sold-out standing-room only crowd and appeared on Daily Buzz, the popular syndicated televised morning show that is in 130+ markets. Raye performed his new single, "Quitters," and one of his legendary songs, "All I Can Be." The show was so impressed with Raye's performances that they added a third song, "Little Rock.

Besides being one of the best vocalists in the business, Raye is an electrifying stage performer who pours his heart and soul into every song. Raye's tunes have a social conscience and resonate with a hopeful intensity that creates a personal connection between Raye and his fans.

"In the beginning, I wanted hits and all that," Raye reflects. "But what drives me now is what this music means to people. Songs have landed on me that made me realize there's more to this than I thought. It's about entertaining people one minute and inspiring them the next. That's what gets me on that tour bus every week. That's what keeps me interested in making records."

Raye's latest CD, Selected Hits, is the 13th album of his career and features live performances of some of his mega-hits, ""Love Me", "I Think About You", "In This Life", "Little Rock", and "Not That Different." Lady Antebellum plays to overflow crowd in Los Angeles

Apparently the only person in Los Angeles not wanting into Tuesday evening's packed Lady Antebellum show at The Mint was the fire marshal. Due to strict fire code enforcement, music journalists, entertainment industry insiders and enthusiastic fans who didn't get to the famed nightclub before it reached "overflow" status had to wait outside in the January chill while the trio - Dave Haywood, Charles Kelley and Hillary Scott - rocked the (crowded) house inside. Besides performing songs from their upcoming self-titled album, scheduled for release on April 15, the band had fun with the Al Green classic, "Let's Stay Together." Afterwards, Dave, Charles and Hillary made their way outside to talk to - and thank! - the people who weren't able to make it inside for the band's first Los Angeles performance.

WHO:
LACY YOUNGER, Singer/Songwriter

WHAT:
BIG DEAL/BIG BIG POND RECORDS' LACY YOUNGER has added Los Angeles Venue The Derby to her list of shows in the first week of February.

Younger is that rare and exotic bird that manages to catch your eye while flying amongst today's musical flock. Though her feathers are fetching you will find her song even more beckoning. On her debut album, STILL WILD, produced by Grammy award winning producer/engineer, Val Garay, she connects the dots between soaring rock anthems and gorgeous pop balladry. A lick of southern blues on either end is what makes it all so tasty.

Splitting time between her native San Diego and her home away from home, Nashville, she's earned a reputation for her dynamic vocal prowess and her skillful sensitivity as a wordsmith. Lacy penned all but two songs on STILL WILD, writing of life and it's hard earned lessons, while making sure the hook always drives home the message. Also contributing songs to the project is the legendary Bonnie Hayes who wrote the title track. Lacy and Bonnie joined talents to co-write the infectious smash, SOMETHING YOU DO, which is climbing the AC charts.

Driven by her sole need to express herself in an original way Lacy Younger does not aspire to fit in, only to be authentic! Her debut album from BIG DEAL/BIG POND RECORDS is sure to continue turning heads and stirring emotions. In fact STILL WILD'S classic hooks and overflowing soul might very well make LACY YOUNGER a household name. Lacy will be performing solo acoustic at various Borders and intimate venues around San Diego and California in the next two months so she can stay close to home to write songs for her sophomore record. Lacy was recently nominated for an LA Music Award and spent the later part of last year on a radio tour in support of her current record.

Video Premiere on FaithHill.com - "That's Alright Mama"

Visit FaithHill.com on Wednesday, January 30th, for the online premiere of Faith's performance of Elvis' "That's Alright Mama"!

Faith Hill is set to premiere her performance of Elvis Presley's classic "That's Alright Mama," on Wednesday, January 30th. After originally recording both "Mama" and "Peace In The Valley" for "Viva Las Vegas," a 2-hour ABC Network television special honoring the late singer, CMT began airing "Peace In The Valley." But numerous inquiries were made at FaithHill.com requesting "Mama," and now the Grammy Award winning singer will give the video its online premiere, which can only be seen in its entirety as of 11:00am EST on http://www.faithhill.com/go/?O_MQ&TR=MTk4NjA5LDMyNiw5MjE4LDA=.

"We recorded 'Mama' and 'Peace In The Valley,' last year in a completely empty arena, in the round and stripped down," said Faith. "It was a blast. We channeled Elvis by setting the stage as if we were back in 1968 (his comeback special). These songs and being a part of the special reminded me of who he was, what he stood for; he defined what it was and is to be an entertainer."

The "Viva Las Vegas" special, produced in cooperation with Elvis Presley Enterprises, Inc, originally aired on September 18, 2007. The special honored Elvis Presley's legacy and contribution to contemporary music, and featured some of music's most influential and talented artists, including Celine Dion, Aerosmith, and Paul McCartney. The complete 2-hour special, which includes Faith's covers of "That's All Right Mama" and "Peace in the Valley," is set for a DVD release in Spring 2008.

John Rich To Release Solo Project On Warner Bros. Records

JOHN RICH TO RELEASE SOLO PROJECT ON

WARNER BROS. RECORDS

NASHVILLE - Jan. 24, 2008 - It was announced today that John Rich will release a solo project on Warner Bros. Records. Rich's solo album will be released in 2008.

"If anyone knows me, they know I'm always writing music," said Rich. "When we decided to take this year off so Kenny could focus on rehabilitation for a pre-existing injury, I asked Kenny if he was cool with me recording a solo project. I would only do this with Kenny's blessing. So, this year you can expect a solo record from me, but Big & Rich will be back in 2009!"

John Rich scored his first number one record with the song "Come Cryin' To Me." Since then, he has made a name for himself as an artist in his own right, a producer, an award winning songwriter, and soon to be TV star for the new CMT reality series, "Gone Country." He has sold over five million albums as part of the Multi-Platinum duo Big & Rich and garnered multiple Academy of Country Music, Country Music Association and Grammy Award nominations.

This Texas native has also been honing his songwriting skills for years. Rich's writing credits include Academy of Country Music Award winning single of the year, "Redneck Woman," along with Gretchen Wilson's other two hits, "When I Think About Cheatin'" and "Here For The Party," Faith Hill's smash single "Mississippi Girl," and Jason Aldean's single "Hicktown." In addition, he has written several other cuts for Hill, Martina McBride, Clay Walker, Aaron Tippin, Cowboy Troy, and Shannon Brown. Because of his contributions to the songwriting and music industry community, John was awarded the ASCAP Songwriter of the Year Award in 2005, 2006 and 2007. He is the only artist to receive the award three years consecutively.

2007 was a milestone year for Rich. (MEMPHIS, January 29, 2008) - Country music legend Charlie Daniels is partnering with National Bankers Trust to promote fair financial practices in the trucking industry. The sponsorship coincides with the release of Charlie's latest CD Deuces and will feature Charlie Daniels as a spokesperson and advocate for ethical, reasonable and sound financial services for truck drivers and owners.

"Truckers deserve the chance to build the American dream from the ground up, just like everybody else. It's high time for truckers to take a stand and demand a fair deal from factoring companies that lock you in and take you down, and have their money actually work for them instead of just the factoring companies," said Charlie Daniels.

"We're thrilled to be joining Charlie Daniels in support of responsible and fair financing for the trucking industry," said Dudley Boyd, CEO, National Bankers Trust. "Like any other business, small trucking companies must have access to financial services that maximize their cash flow today and give them tools to accumulate profit for growth and ultimately self-capitalization."

Charlie will be promoting fair financial practices in the trucking industry through a number of different advertising and public relations initiatives including radio ads. Charlie has a long history of supporting the trucking industry and is the official voice of Sirius Radio's Road Dog channel 147, a 24-hour channel geared toward professional drivers and trucking culture.

The annual star-studded event is hosted by Clarence Clemons, legendary sax man from Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band, and benefits Home Safe, a nationally accredited, non-profit organization that has been serving abused and neglected children in Florida since 1979.

Allen will be in stellar company on the event. Scheduled participants include members of Clemons band, Temple of Soul, including Grammy and Emmy-winning drummer, singer, composer, pianist, and producer, Narada Michael Walden; bassist, T.M. Stevens, and guitarist, Vernon Ice Black. From those auspicious beginnings, Allen has built a career full of highlights, including a stint with Parc Records, and Parc Studios, who boasted clients such as The Backstreet Boys, 'N Snyc, Britney Spears, and Mariah Carey.

Currently, Allen has a new single in the spotlight, See If I Care, which is climbing the national radio charts.

The soft-spoken Bristol, Tn., native is humble about all of his accomplishments. "I just love the music," states Allen. And he adds, "I am honored to be part of The Classic! Golf and Tennis Tournament event. It is very exciting!"

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store and the #1 Band in Country Music History Alabama Make Critics' Smile

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store and the
#1 Band in Country Music History Alabama
Make Critics' Smile

(Nashville, TN) – Last November, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store and the legendary country music group Alabama came together to release the band's final album.

Alabama, the band with 42 #1 Hits brought their live album entitled, Alabama: The Last Stand exclusively to Cracker Barrel because it seemed like a perfect fit. "The folks that eat at Cracker Barrel are the same folks that have attended our shows and listened to our music since we started," says electric guitar and fiddle player, Jeff Cook. "We couldn't think of a better place to sale our last record!"

Since releasing the album on November 13th, the guys and Cracker Barrel have received nothing but praise from reviewers.

About.com says of the album, "You can hear some of Alabama's biggest hits performed live with an often unique delivery that won't be found on other albums."

Of the album, Country Weekly's Chris Neal writes, "…they're [the band] goosed along throughout by the enthusiasm of an audience that's audibly savoring its last chance to hear this – and to express its adoration for the guys who sang them."

Alabama's bass player Teddy Gentry believes lots of the album's success comes from the energetic live audiences that allowed them all to play their hearts out for this final project. "All of those people that you hear yelling and screaming at the top of their lungs on this album…they're the ones that got us pumped to the roof so that we could play like no one else!" said Teddy.

The Nashville Muse's Doak Turner wrote, "There was nothing like seeing Alabama in concert – you knew you would get your money's worth with those awesome harmonies, the showmanship and excitement of the crowd. Those memories and smiles will come right back to you when listening to this great collection of our favorite Alabama songs on, The Last Stand."

Sticks and Stones Magazine gave 4.5 out of 5 boots and said of the album, "Like timeless holiday songs you grew up with, you love it each time you hear it. With a captivating force that leaps off of the CD and grabs your attention, "The Last Stand" truly makes you feel like you're on the front row at the concert with Alabama."

The band's front man Randy Owen remembers enjoying recording the album. In a recent interview with Challenge Magazine Randy said, "I remember seeing the lights on the crowd when we did 'Feels So Right.'" "We started the song with a piano and the crowd went wild when we got to the melody."

Three years ago, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store began releasing exclusive music in their stores. Cracker Barrel has sold more than 3 million records with big name artists in the country music industry including Alison Krauss and Union Station, Josh Turner, Charlie Daniels, Merle Haggard and Lonestar.

Alabama: The Last Stand is available exclusively in all Cracker Barrel Old Country Store locations.

MONTGOMERY GENTRY HELP RAISE OVER $100,000 FOR THE T.J. MARTELL FOUNDATION IN ONE NIGHT!

MONTGOMERY GENTRY HELP RAISE OVER $100,000 FOR THE T.J. MARTELL FOUNDATION IN ONE NIGHT!

(Nashville, TN)- Multi-platinum super duo, Montgomery Gentry along with several other artists helped raise $100,000 for the T.J. Martell Foundation last night during the 14th Annual Country in the Rockies in Steamboat Springs, CO.

Musical performances assisted in a good deal of the money raised; Brad Arnold and Chris Henderson of 3 Doors Down raising $3,000 for a two-song acoustic performance, Darryl Worley brought in several thousand dollars for his vocal abilities, Lari White helped out bringing in over $500 for a one song performance and Bill McCorvey of the Pirates of the Mississippi filled the wish of the crowd by performing their legendary hit, "Feed Jake" bringing in even more cash.

Next up were generously donated auction items to benefit the foundation. Eddie Montgomery donated three of his trademark black hats which raised several thousand dollars, a Gibson guitar embossed with the Monday Night Football logo given from Hank Williams, Jr. raised $2100, and a fiddle provided by newly inducted Opry member, Charlie Daniels raised $2,000. Montgomery Gentry took it one step further donating three guitars embossed with their personal logo and in turn raised the total for the evening.

Artists were so moved by the great work of the T.J. Martell Foundation that several made personal contributions to assist in the research. Brad Arnold and Chris Henderson of multi-platinum band 3 Doors Down each contributed $1,000. Troy Gentry also contributed $5,000 personally.

Gary Chapman and Doug Johnson donated a personal songwriting experience to one lucky winner which raised several thousand dollars as well.

The T.J. Martell Foundation supports innovative research for leukemia, cancer and AIDS. In Nashville, the Foundation supports cancer research at the Frances Williams Preston Labs at the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center.

Professionally, Montgomery Gentry is riding high off the success of their latest album Some People Change. Their latest Top 5 single, "What Do Ya Think About That" is burning up the country airwaves.

TROY GENTRY GETS SHAVED FOR CHARITY

(Nashville, TN)- Music fans and industry insiders alike have noticed the beard Troy Gentry has been sporting during recent appearances. Tonight the beard disappeared. While headlining the 14th Annual Country in the Rockies in Steamboat Springs, CO with partner Eddie Montgomery, Troy got shaved and raised $20,000 for the T.J. Martell Foundation.

"I enjoyed the beard through the winter, especially here in the snow, but I was willing to part with it for the right price to help the T.J. Martell Foundation." said Troy Gentry. "We raised $20,000 for a very worthwhile cause."

The T.J. Martell Foundation supports innovative research for leukemia, cancer and AIDS. In Nashville, the Foundation supports cancer research at the Frances Williams Preston Labs at the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center.

Professionally, the duo is also on a high with their latest hit single, "What Do Ya Think About That." They are hitting the road again to perform for their beloved fans throughout the county.

DAILEY & VINCENT TOP SIRIUS BLUEGRASS CHART WITH

“BY THE MARK”

#1 Song a Stand-Out Track on Duo’s Self-Titled Debut, In Stores on January 29

NASHVILLE, TENN. (January 25, 2008)—New powerhouse duo Dailey & Vincent has reached the top of this week’s Count Down Yonder Weekly Top 17 Songs of SIRIUS Bluegrass, just days before releasing their self-titled debut on Rounder Records. “By the Mark,” written by Gillian Welch and David Rawlings and recorded with only Jamie Dailey and Darrin Vincent’s vocals, guitar and mandolin, has been a stand-out track noted by reviewers and programmers, and a crowd-pleasing number during their live show. The duo chose “By the Mark” as the first song they sang during their Grand Ole Opry debut on December 29.

“We are so thankful to have found this song, which is deeply meaningful to us and seems to strike a chord with everyone who hears it,” said Jamie Dailey. “Thanks to everyone who requested ‘By the Mark’ and supported Dailey & Vincent.”

Dailey & Vincent, a 12-song set featuring a broad spectrum of traditional bluegrass, country and gospel sounds, unified by the duo’s breath-taking vocal strength and harmony as well as their virtuosic musicianship, will be released on January 29. Dailey and Vincent celebrated the release with an industry party at the Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum in Nashville earlier this week, where their five-song performance resulted in two standing ovations. They were guests of Eddie Stubbs on 650 AM WSM on Tuesday, January 22, and the coming week will find them doing interviews with Ned Luberecki of SIRIUS Satellite Radio, Kyle Cantrell of XM’s Bluegrass Junction, and David Higgs’ Bluegrass Breakdown on WPLN/Nashville. They will also perform on February 1 at Nashville’s famed Station Inn and on February 2 during SPBGMA’s 34th Annual Bluegrass Awards and 25th National Convention, held at the Music City Sheraton.

Dailey & Vincent, which was also produced by the duo, has earned early praise:

“ . . . powerful combination of effusive vocals and fiery instrumentals . . .”

Steven Stone, Vintage Guitar

“A brilliant 12-song tour de force, the CD heralds the two talented artists making high lonesome magic with flawless picking and seamless harmonies on a thoughtful collection of secular and sacred songs.”

Jack Bernhardt, Raleigh News & Observer

Dailey & Vincent is as close to a perfect bluegrass CD as I think I’ve ever heard.”

Brance Gillihan, The Bluegrass Blog

Sammy Sadler's "Trying To Get The Girl" - New single drops at radio today!

For Immediate Release

Sammy Sadler’s “Trying To Get The Girl” – New Single On Radio Programmers’ Desks Today

“It’s an easy-going, easy-grooving, slightly-bluesy and light hearted ditty that goes down smooth. Pleasant and catchy.” – Robert K. Oermann / Music Row

(January 21, 2008) – Sammy Sadler’s newest single, “Trying To Get The Girl,” hits radio programmers’ desks across the country today. The catchy up tempo opens with the signature harmonica trills of T.J. Clay, and features Sadler’s distinctive tenor, an up-front rhythm track and a slam-dunk sing-along chorus that you’ll be humming all day. “It’s just a really fun song,” says Sadler. “It’s so catchy melodically – and it’s a more light-hearted lyric for me. I love it.”

“OH THE LENGTHS WE GO TO
THE HOOPS WE JUMP THROUGH
AIN'T A SINGLE THING IN THE WORLD
A BOY WON'T DO
TRYING TO GET THE GIRL”
Tribble/Follese/ Kirby

Radio should love the groove-oriented single, which is from Sammy’s upcoming S Records’ CD, HEART SHAPED LIKE TEXAS. Penned by Nashville hit men Kim Tribble (“On A Mission”), Keith Follese (“The Way You Love Me”) and Wade Kirby (“Baby You Belong”), “Trying To Get The Girl” is a natural follow up to Sadler’s 2007 hit, “Heart Shaped Like Texas.”

Sammy’s already touring in support of his upcoming CD, and most recently he’s shared the stage with country stars Doug Stone, T. Graham Brown and Jo-El Sonnier.

Nine-year-old releases "Love In My Pocket"

Media Release

January 16, 2008

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Nine-year-old releases music single,
"Love In My Pocket"

> Fourth-grader Katie Chance co-wrote and recorded the song
> Proceeds will benefit the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center Autism Research Program
(TRIAD)

(Nashville, Tenn.) Katie Chance, a nine-year-old fourth-grader who lives in the Middle Tennessee area, has released her debut single to radio, "Love In My Pocket," a song she co-wrote with her father. For Chance, who was diagnosed with autism at the age of two, the song is both her personal heartwarming expression and an opportunity to thank the medical team at Nashville's Vanderbilt Kennedy Center Autism Research Program (TRIAD), who directed the young girl's speech pathology and therapy treatment program for more than thirty months.

Proceeds from the purchase of the song, which is available through Chance's website, LoveInMyPocket.com, iTunes and numerous other digital outlets, will benefit Vanderbilt's Kennedy Center. Radio stations across the country will be encouraged to support the promotion through airplay and website banners with links to download the song and contribute to the Kennedy Center.

Through the Vanderbilt facility's direction for early intervention, Chance made remarkable improvements and is now a very accomplished student and young recording artist. Her credits already include a duet with award-winning Sawyer Brown front man Mark Miller and songs in several motion pictures, including the "King Red" film project for children. Despite her early musical successes, when asked what she would like to be when she grows up, Chance is quick to say, "A speech pathologist, of course!"

The "New Queen of Bluegrass" has a "Good Thing Going" with new album debuting at #1

Nashville, TN - The IBMA (International Bluegrass Music Association) and SPBGMA (Society for Preservation of Bluegrass Music in America) have their hands full with Ms. Bluegrass herself, Rhonda Vincent. Here we are thirty four years since Vincent received her first award from the SPBGMA for Best Single Recording for "Muleskinner Blues", and not only is Vincent still kicking, but she's on top of the world with her 2008 album, "Good Thing Going" debuting at number one on Billboard's Bluegrass charts.

"I am thrilled!" said Rhonda Vincent. "It is particularly gratifying since I co-wrote five songs on this album. That makes it even more special to me."

Rhonda Vincent may have received multiple awards for her ability to wow people with anything with strings, but nothing may have been as rewarding as her accomplishment of "Good Thing Going," which very well may be her most challenging and personal album yet. Vincent is known for her sweet sounding vocals, fiery mandolin picking, and her massive touring schedules.

WEDDING BELLS RING FOR ERIC CHURCH

WEDDING BELLS RING FOR ERIC CHURCH

Capitol Records Nashville artist married music publisher Katherine Blasingame

in a private ceremony last week in the mountains of North Carolina

NASHVILLE, TN – January 15, 2008 Capitol Records Nashville recording artist Eric Church married music publisher Katherine Blasingame on Tuesday, January 8 in a private ceremony, attended by immediate family, in the Blue Ridge Mountains of the artist's home state of North Carolina.

The wedding took place at the internationally acclaimed Westglow Spa & Resort in Blowing Rock, NC. "Katherine and I stayed there last year, and we just fell in love with the place," said Church. "We decided that it would be the ideal spot to get married, up in the North Carolina Mountains, with just family around us. I can't imagine a more perfect spot."

The bride's gown was designed by Melissa Sweet, and the groom wore a black Dolce & Gabbana suit. The newly married couple now sport one-of-a-kind rings designed by famed jewelry designer Margaret Ellis ("Sex In the City," "The Devil Wears Prada").

Church surprised Katherine with a new song, written especially for her, that he performed during the ceremony for the bride and assembled guests. "My brother snuck my guitar in for me, so I think I surprised her!" grinned Church.

The entire wedding party stayed at Westglow for most of the week, taking full advantage of the relaxing spa treatments and activities available at the resort.

But no additional post-wedding rest for Church . . . the artist is back in the studio recording music for his next album, the follow-up to his critically acclaimed debut album SINNERS LIKE ME ("Guys Like Me," "How 'Bout You"), expected in the summer of 2008. Fans should expect the first single from the album to hit radio in March.

THE BART CROW BAND GEARS UP FOR THEIR BRAND NEW SOPHMORE RELEASE!

THE BART CROW BAND READIES FOR THE FLIGHT OF THEIR

BRAND NEW SOPHMORE RELEASE!

SMITH MUSIC GROUP JOINS THE NEST WITH THE FIRST SINGLE LAUNCH ON FEBRUARY 4TH!

For Immediate Release: Contact: Brandy Reed (615) 673-0150

NASHVILLE-January 12-2008-“Since New Year’s I have been doing nothing but talking to radio programmers about 2008, and they are very excited about DESPERATE HEARTS. There is as much anticipation about this new record as anything on the horizon. I have the same feeling about the Bart Crow Band as I did right before the Randy Rogers Band and Stoney LaRue broke. The stage is set for a huge success.” Bob Mitchell is Vice President of Promotions at Smith Music Group, a company that for over a decade has helped usher in the new age of independent artists and has provided a clear cut avenue for these artists to take their music to the world. On March 4th The BART CROW BAND touches down with their much anticipated sophomore effort DESPERATE HEARTS on Smith Entertainment Records. The first single “Understand” will fly into the open arms of radio on February 4th!

FINALLY,
the band’s debut record release in 2005, made a profound impression on the industry generating a firm expectation that the Bart Crow Band is destined to be one of the greats in Texas music. Selling thousands of copies and taking rank as the best selling record on LonestarMusic.com for 5 straight months, FINALLY laid a long steady road towards stardom and it was Wear My Ring” that put BCB on the map. The single rested in the Texas Music Chart’s Top 15 for over 20 straight weeks and is still known today in current rotation as “the song that just won’t go away.” The second single “Driftin’ In The Wind ended up in the top 10 of the most played songs on Texas Music Radio in 2007. The song became such a fan favorite that the band decided to offer a new rearranged version of the song on their brand new record release.

The title DESPERATE HEARTS gives the impression of a ballad soaked anthology, but do not be fooled. This record gets down right country with songs like “Back Down,” a pile driver of a tune that pushes hard against the green-eyed monster, and “Once A Day,” an old school country regimen of daily heartbreak complete with pace the room rhythm and weary fiddle cries. The first single “Understand” is a drive down that famous Texas music highway with country plains on one side and rocky terrain on the other. Around the bend is a host of upward climbs with tunes like “Change” that pounds your head against a wall when the world around you becomes alien and your “sick and tired” has reached its limit. Sweet Imitations” is Crow’s version of the “cheaters blues” that enters with a slow and silky confession and moves steadily into breaks of angsty repent. Coming full circle the title track is a rock song in country clothing, hot on the trail of loneliness mistaken for love.

“Sometimes it’s hard to tell when you’re being lied to, but you always know the truth when you hear it. Bart is genuine and passionate in his approach to music which he trumpets from his pedestal of albums and live music.”

-Jason Boland/Jason Boland and The stragglers

"The Bart Crow Band is great! Bottom line. He continues to impress me with one great song after another. You'd be hard pressed to find anyone who works as hard at pleasing his fans not only
through recorded music, but also on stage and definitely in person!"

-Justin Frazell/KPLX “The Wolf” Dallas

“The Bart Crow Band is what this scene has been needing for quite some time. A fan favorite with rockin' tunes. I am Looking forward to a long, successful career from these guys.”

-Shayne Hollinger/PD Mandatory FM Stephenville

DESPERATE HEARTS will be available on March 4th at national retailers everywhere and online at your favorite web and download sites. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

TAYLOR SWIFT DONATES PINK PICKUP TRUCK TO VICTORY JUNCTION GANG CAMP IN SUPPORT OF THIS WEEK'S SPRINT SOUND & SPEED PRESENTED BY SUNTRUST

Country Stars Ray Stevens, Jamey Johnson, Duane Allen and Julie Roberts Join Artist Lineup Along with Racing's Ray Evernham, Reed Sorenson, Aric Almirola, Michael Valiante and Brad Coleman

Nashville, Tenn.--January 8, 2008--Taylor Swift, part of a growing illustrious lineup of country music artists, NASCAR drivers and celebrities taking part in this weekend's third-annual Sprint Sound & Speed Presented by SunTrust at Nashville's Sommet Center, will make a special presentation to the Victory Junction Gang Camp during her performance at the Saturday-evening concert event - a bubble-gum pink pickup truck she received for her 18th birthday.

The Chevrolet pickup, which she received on her birthday December 13 from her record label, Big Machine Records, was on display at Nashville's Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum from December 28 through January 3, will move to the Sommet Center alongside NASCAR show cars and sponsor displays during Saturday's Backstage Garage Pass Festival from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, when country artists and NASCAR celebrities, including Swift, Josh Turner, Craig Morgan, Dale Earnhardt, Jr., Richard Petty and Darrell Waltrip, will sign autographs and take part in Q&A and storytelling sessions.

Later that evening, at 8 p.m., fans can enjoy a country concert featuring Grammy-winning and multi-platinum-selling recording artist Alan Jackson and special guest Swift, with Jason Michael Carroll and a performance by The Wrights. Proceeds from Sprint Sound & Speed Presented by SunTrust benefit the Victory Junction Gang Camp and the Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum. The event, which has attracted more than 25,000 country music and racing fans in its first two years of existence, has raised more than $500,000 for the two charities.

Tickets are available through TicketMaster (http://e2ma.net/go/883785967/768264/27655350/goto:http://www.ticketmaster.com/) or the Sprint Sound & Speed Presented by SunTrust website (http://e2ma.net/go/883785967/768264/27655349/goto:http://www.soundandspeed.org/) at $20 for The Backstage Garage Pass Festival and $39.50 for The Country Concert. Combination tickets, good for both the festival and the concert priced at $54.50, are no longer available.

"My label was so awesome to give me this amazing truck for my birthday! The moment I saw it, in all its pink glory, I knew that the kids at the Victory Junction Gang Camp would love it," said Swift, the recent CMA Horizon Award winner who burst into country music at the age of 16 with her smash hit single, "Tim McGraw." "This year, I've been lucky enough to have everything I've ever dreamed about happen! I'm a strong believer in Winston Churchill's philosophy that we make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give."

Swift's current single, "Our Song," is currently in its fifth week in the #1 position atop the country charts, distinguishing her as the youngest person to single-handedly write and sing a number-one country single entirely on her own. Swift is also the first female solo artist in country music history to write or co-write every song on a double platinum-selling debut CD. Swift is nominated for a 2008 Grammy Award in the prestigious multi-genre Best New Artist category and her self-titled debut album produced three straight top-10 singles and remained at the top of the Billboard Country Album Chart for eight weeks. In 2007 she was named Country Music's Hottest Female Artist by AOL Music and Best New Artist of the Year by iTunes, she won the CMT Music Award for Breakthrough Video and she tied with Alan Jackson for the Songwriter/Artist of the Year Award from her songwriting peers at t he Nashville Songwriters Association International.

"Taylor Swift is a bright star on the rise," said NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver Kyle Petty, who with his wife, Pattie, founded Victory Junction Gang Camp in memory of their late son, Adam. "Not only is she a talented musician, but she also believes strongly in helping others. Taylor was one of the first supporters of this year's event and we are fortunate. She is really generous with her time. Pattie and I were completely surprised by her donation of her bright pink truck. It will be a popular piece at the camp. The kids are really going to love it. This year's Sprint Sound and Speed presented by SunTrust is going to be the best, yet, thanks to the contributions from personalities like Taylor."

"What a fabulous gift for the kids at Victory Junction! They will be thrilled to ride in the truck and become a Star for the day," said Pattie Petty, CEO/Chairman of the Board for Victory Junction Gang Camp. "Taylor is so generous and we all greatly appreciate her kindness and support."

The latest additions to the country music artist lineup for the 2008 Sprint Sound & Speed Presented by SunTrust are Ray Stevens (Multi-Grammy Award winner and Comedian of the Year for 9 Consecutive Years), Jamey Johnson (CMA Award-Winning Songwriter who took home 2007 honors for "Song of the Year" for "Give it Away," which is also nominated for a Grammy® in the category of "Country Song of the Year," to be announced February 2008 ), Julie Roberts (2006 ACM Top New Female Vocalist nominee and gold recording artist) and Duane Allen (lead singer for award-winning Oak Ridge Boys since 1966, who has recorded 17 Billboard Number One songs and sold more than 30 million albums).

NASCAR team owner Ray Evernham (Gillett-Evernham Motorsports), NASCAR drivers Reed Sorenson (No. 41 Chip Ganassi Racing with Felix Sabates Dodge), Aric Almirola (No. 8 Dale Earnhardt, Inc., Chevrolet) and Brad Coleman (No. 27 Baker-Curb Racing Ford in the NASCAR Nationwide Series) and Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series driver, Michael Valiante (No. 10 SunTrust Pontiac of Wayne Taylor Racing), have also joined the lineup of team owners and race car drivers.

Nashville, TN – O Brother! At a time when the genre grass was never greener, a blonde haired beauty is the runaway thoroughbred of bluegrass music.

Rhonda Vincent's much anticipated new project on Rounder Records, Good Thing Going, leaves little doubt why she has outpaced the competition - easily sweeping seven consecutive years as "Female Vocalist of the Year," and rising to "Entertainer of the Year," with the highly respected IBMA - International Bluegrass Music Association.

Good Thing Going moves Rhonda light years forward. Built on a bedrock of deeply rooted traditional bluegrass soil, the twelve tracks showcase the modern edgy vibe that has made Rhonda Vincent hands down the best thing to happen to bluegrass since the invention of stringed instruments. Her audience scans from diehard old time traditionalists to kids with lip rings, discovering bluegrass as the new, cool sound of music.

Like her music, a large part of her chart-topping draw is Vincent's personal magnetism. Onstage, resplendent with energy and flash both on mandolin and vocals, she's a tireless road warrior, playing an average of more than 200 concerts a year to an ever-growing base of sold-out venues.

Good Thing Going was Rhonda's creative musical vision. She calls it her most 'challenging' project to date challenging from the standpoint of squeezing studio time in the midst of her highest career wave to date and in between finding time to create new music for the album.

LITTLE DOG RECORDS ARTISTS MAKE THE SCENE ON MULTIPLE YEAR-END "BEST OF" LISTS

For Immediate Release

LITTLE DOG RECORDS ARTISTS MAKE THE SCENE
ON MULTIPLE YEAR-END "BEST OF" LISTS

-- Adam Hood and Moot Davis Are Recognized by Respected Music Writers --

Independent label Little Dog Records made some noise in 2007 with the release of two highly- acclaimed albums, DIFFERENT GROOVE by Adam Hood and ALREADY MOVED ON by Moot Davis. At year's end, both artists were recognized for their talents on a number of "Best Of" lists by top music writers.

Both Moot and Adam were included in the list compiled by Ken Barnes of "USA Today."

Moot was also included on "Best Of" lists by Mario Tarradell of the "Dallas Morning News," and John Goodspeed of the "San Antonio Express-News." Additionally, Moot was included in the "Best Of" year-end list of cutting- edge online site, TakeCountryBack.com.

In addition to "USA Today," Adam Hood was featured in the Top Ten list of the popular Texas music website, Gruene With Envy.

"We are extremely proud of our artists," said producer/label owner Pete Anderson. "We released two albums last year and both were met with critical reviews and tremendous acceptance. As an independent label, this is very important in getting the word out on our artists and I want to thank all of the writers who continue to step out and support us."

ALREADY MOVED ON picks up where Moot's debut album left off, embodying timeless songwriting, a definite "attitude," and a certain edge that lets the listener know this is no throwback to an earlier time. It's music that reflects the past while setting the bar for the future. Mr. Tarradell, who was one of the first writers to recognize Moot's unique talents after the release of his first, self-titled album, crowned him the "modern-day King of the Honky-Tonks." Mr. Barnes of "USA Today" has noted that, "Sharing a producer with early Dwight Yoakam, Davis benefits from that tough, Bakersfield-derived sound and it's an impressive album."

Adam Hood is coming off an incredibly successful year. DIFFERENT GROOVE was released to tremendous acclaim. Noted guitar journalist Andy Ellis wrote, "Adam Hood's 'Different Groove' is a compelling mix of tightly crafted songs, country-tinged roadhouse rock, and big, ringing guitars. His lyrics tell the story of a young man exploring life, love, and music on the road, and what happens to his innocence in the smoky bars he plays along the way." TakeCountryBack.com simply exclaimed that the album is "A MUST add to your collection!'" Adam scored a hit single on the Texas Music Chart with "22 Days Too Long" and the corresponding video continues to enjoy national airplay on GAC-TV. He was also featured at the prestigious Austin City Limits Festival and was seen as part of a retail campaign by hip Red Dirt Music-inspired clothing line Southern Thread. Additionally, Adam appeared in an episode of "We're An American Band" on the Documentary Channel.

Adam also picked up some high-profile fans along the way including country star Miranda Lambert who said, "As a singer/songwriter I am constantly looking for new music that inspires me. I have found someone that does just that. His name is Adam Hood. His music is as raw and real as his Alabama accent. He is what country music should be. I saw him while vacationing in Gruene, Texas with just him and his guitar. He captivated me. He has so much soul, great delivery and the looks to match. He should and will be around for a long time."

ALREADY MOVED ON and DIFFERENT GROOVE were produced by Grammy Award-winning producer/guitarist Pete Anderson (Dwight Yoakam, Roy Orbison, k.d.lang, Buck Owens, Flaco Jimenez, Sara Evans, Jim Lauderdale).

TuneRanger offers direct support for iTunes on both Macs and PCs, as well as iPods, and enables the synchronization of libraries over multiple machines and across many platforms. TuneRanger's powerful options and easy-to-use tools dramatically streamline the process of updating mu ltiple devices and locating and adding media files, while using smart logic to filter duplicates and unlicensed music.

"Chances are you keep your iTunes music and video collection on more than one computer, so you already know how hard it is to keep them all up-to-date," said David Polzine, Director of Utility and Productivity Solutions for Smith Micro Software's Consumer Group, "Add a family to the mix and the task is virtually impossible to control, but with TuneRanger, you can manage all your iTunes-running computers on any network and synchronize music, videos and playlists with the click of a button. Album covers, lyrics and all other changes are updated seamlessly, while misplaced songs are located, un-owned copies purged and duplicates removed - always keeping only the best quality copy."

TuneRanger fixes these issues and optimizes even the largest iTunes libraries automatically with its powerful optimization tools, including an automated duplicate manager, an orphan file remover, tools to remove unlicensed songs, adding or removing disconnected files and a utility to copy album art from the iTunes database to the actual music files, making the
album art portable and accessible to other music managers and players. The software also works across platforms, letting iTunes on Windows communicate and synchronize with iTunes on Mac, or vice-versa.

Pricing, Availability and Requirements

The MSRP for TuneRanger is $29.99. The application is available at the Smith Micro web store at http://mysmithmicro.com/tuneranger or at popular retailers, catalogs and distribution partners worldwide.

Rhonda Vincent to Release 'Good Thing Going' on January 8th

,
Rhonda Vincent, 7-time IBMA Female Vocalist of the Year Winner, to Release Seventh Rounder Album 'Good Thing Going' on January 8th

New album features duets with Keith Urban and Russell Moore

"…the thrillingly bold singer and mandolinist…"
New York Times

Burlington, MA – Rhonda Vincent – the fiery vocalist, multi-instrumentalist and songwriter dubbed "the new queen of bluegrass" by the Wall Street Journal – is set to release her new album Good Thing Going on January 8, 2008. In addition to receiving an unprecedented seven consecutive "Female Vocalist of the Year" awards from the International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA), being named IBMA's 2001 "Entertainer of the Year," and being the co-author of the 2004 IBMA "Song of the Year," Vincent was nominated for a 2005 Grammy® award for "Best Bluegrass Album" for Ragin' Live. Good Thing Going follows up her two 2006 Rounder releases, All American Bluegrass Girl and her first holiday album, Beautiful Star: A Christmas Collection.

Since her first Rounder release, 2000's Back Home Again, Vincent has met with increasing acclaim for her dynamic, infectious take on bluegrass. Her gift for balancing classic bluegrass sounds with subtle contemporary touches is featured throughout Good Thing Going. Gleaming with hope, resilience, and gratitude, Vincent presents a set of songs that range from timelessly straight-ahead bluegrass to effervescent swing and heartfelt ballads. Joining her on the album are the members of her stellar road band the Rage on several cuts, and some very special guests including Jesse McReynolds (Jim & Jesse), Russell Moore (III Tyme Out), Bryan Sutton, Becky Issacs, Kathy Chiavola and country music impresario James Stroud. The album was co-produced by Rhonda and her brother Darrin Vincent (of Dailey & Vincent), at Rhonda's own studio, Adventure Studios in Nashville.

The 12 tracks that make up Good Thing Going include five originals or co-writes, alongside a range of contemporary and classic cover tracks. Good Thing Going is her most personal, autobiographical project yet. "I have never written five songs to include on an album," she remarks. "I have to be inspired to write a song…but there's been no shortage of inspiration lately." From the hard-driving bluegrass "Hit Parade of Love" (an old Jimmy Martin tune and longtime concert favorite) to tender balladry "I Give My Love to You" (a touching original ballad, performed as a duet with Russell Moore) to the rollicking, playful autobiographical title track and the concert favorite, "Bluegrass Saturday Night" Rhonda proves once again she is the queen of bluegrass.

Vincent will continue her ongoing U.S. tour in 2008 in support of Good Thing Going starting on January 18th. For a complete schedule go to www.rhondavincent.com or www.rounder.com.
